These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites and sales platforms of Rebecca Huxley. Any person purchasing a course, digital product, or service from Rebecca Huxley is considered a "client" upon completing a transaction via our secure payment platform.

Our courses and digital products are intended for individuals aged 18 and over. By purchasing a course, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If it is found that a client is under 18, their access will be revoked, and a refund will be issued.

Article 2: Orders & Access to Courses

Placing an order on our website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale. Upon purchase, clients will receive access to their course materials via email or through our learning platform.

Article 3: Prices

All course prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes, where required.
Prices are subject to change at any time, but the amount due will always reflect the price at the time of purchase.
Discounts, promotions, or special offers may be available for a limited time and are not guaranteed beyond the promotional period.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
We accept credit and debit card payments via Stripe.
Payments are securely processed, and no financial details are stored by Rebecca Huxley.
In the case of failed or disputed payments, access to the purchased course may be suspended until the issue is resolved.

Article 5: Course Delivery & Access

Courses are delivered digitally via Systeme.io and/or email. No physical products will be shipped.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they provide the correct email address during checkout.

Article 6: Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our courses, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued, except where required by consumer law.
